this requires I do an onsite "mini-survey" addressing Issues
Influencing the Building's Foundation, i.e. Finish Grade, Site Drainage,
Expansive Soils and their Contaminants, Seismic Activity, Earthquake
Bracing, Water Intrusion, the Proper Type and Location of Irrigation
for Vegetation. I will recommend a scheduled course of action and provide
written information, photographs may be included.
I do recommend you consult a Geotechnical Engineer and obtain at least
three cross bids.
CONSTRUCTION:
Earthquake Bracing," installing mudsill bolts, shear panels, Joist
blocking and connecting, water heater strapping, seismic gas devices,
epoxy crack injection, pier braces, girder beams, joists, foundation resurfacing,
sister foundations, crawl space vaults, vent fan systems, we remove excess
soil.
CONSULTING:
I will look at, and make comments and recommendations for, improvements
and give estimates for corrections concerning, water intrusion issues,
hillside retention, pressure grouting, installing caissons and driven
piles, grade beams, underpinning, grading and drainage, foundation repair
and replacement, earthquake bracing, landscaping water management.
